Denshoo Digital Products

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of digital products offered under the name Denshoo (“Denshoo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or using any Denshoo product, you agree to these Terms.

Age Requirement:
You must be at least 16 years old to purchase or use Denshoo products.

2. Products

Denshoo offers the following digital products:

  • PDF and JPG files containing cards and worksheets.
  • Access to a digital Miro board, provided via a link to a locked template that the customer copies into their own Miro workspace.
  • Bundles combining PDF/JPG files and Miro board access.

All products are digital-only. No physical items are shipped.

3. Delivery of Digital Content

After successful payment:

  • PDF and JPG files are delivered via download link or email
  • Miro board access is provided via a link to a locked board, which the customer must copy into their own Miro account in order to use

Important: Access to Miro boards requires a Miro account. Miro is a third-party service. We are not responsible for Miro’s availability, pricing, or terms. Any issues arising from third-party platforms must be addressed directly to the service provider.

4. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Denshoo product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.

You may:

  • Use the products for your own writing and creative projects
  • Copy the Miro board into your own Miro workspace
  • Print PDF and JPG files for personal use

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the products or access links
  • Share the Miro board, templates, or files with others
  • Use the products for commercial training, teaching, or redistribution without prior written permission
  • Claim the content, structure, or illustrations as your own

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in Denshoo products, including but not limited to:

  • Text
  • Cards and worksheets
  • Structure and system
  • Illustrations
  • Visual layout

is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Illustrations are original works created by Weronika Fleszar and are licensed for use within Denshoo products only.

6. Prices and Taxes

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Depending on your location, VAT or other digital taxes may apply in accordance with EU and international regulations. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds (EU Digital Content)

By purchasing and accessing Denshoo digital products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The content is delivered immediately after purchase
  • You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content
  • You understand that this waives your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law

Refunds are only provided in cases of technical issues, delivery failures, or defective/misdescribed products, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

If you experience technical issues accessing the product, please contact us at hello@denshoo.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. Availability and Updates

We aim to keep all products available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or improve content
  • Modify product descriptions
  • Change or discontinue products

Customers who have already purchased a product retain access to the version provided at the time of purchase.

9. Disclaimer

Denshoo is a creative tool intended to support writing and storytelling.

We do not guarantee:

  • Creative results
  • Publication success
  • Completion of any writing project

Use of the products is at your own discretion and responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of income or profits
  • Creative or professional outcomes
  • Third-party service issues, including Miro

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
