Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may process the following categories of personal data:

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

Embedded Content

If you have subscribed to our newsletter or if you are a member of our website (you can log in) or if you have purchased on our website, there is a good chance you will receive emails from us.

We will only send you emails which you have signed up to receive, or which pertain to the services we provided to you.

To send you emails, we use the name and email address you provide us. Our site also logs the IP address you used when you signed up for the service to prevent abuse of the system.

Payment Provider: Securely handles transactions; we never store full payment info.

WooCommerce, WordPress, Astra, Hostinger: Help run and secure the website.

MaxMind: Geolocation service used to determine a visitor’s approximate geographic location based on IP address. This is used for applying correct VAT rates, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regional legal requirements. MaxMind processes IP-based location data but does not provide precise location tracking.

Complianz: This website uses the Privacy Suite for WordPress by Complianz to collect and record Browser and Device-based Consent. For this functionality, your IP address is anonymized and stored in our database. This service does not process any personally identifiable information and does not share any data with the service provider. For more information, see the Complianz Privacy Statement.

LiteSpeed Cache: This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. Recipients of Personal Data

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described:

Comments: stored indefinitely unless deletion is requested

Customer account and order data: retained for up to 10 years to comply with Czech accounting and tax obligations

Provision of Data

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
